Since December 2020, the Musical Boxes have been traveling through elementary schools in Québec City. The goal of this activity is to introduce children to string instruments and give them the unique experience of an intimate chamber music concert, while allowing them to interact with the musicians. The closeness of such a concert creates bonds and precious emotional moments shared between the children and the artists.
The Musical Boxes concept also adapts beautifully to senior residences, where musicians can go from room to room to play Christmas melodies for the residents.
