VIOLINIST

Passionate about chamber music and the place of the viola in these formations, Benjamin tirelessly creates and commissions pieces for solo viola from composers from all walks of life.

A graduate of the Conservatories of Paris, Boulogne-Billancourt, (France) and the University of Montreal, Benjamin is passionate about transmission and musical and instrumental pedagogy. He has taught in conservatories in India, Morocco and France. Concerts have taken him across Europe with the orchestra Les Siècles and the quartets Echo and Lamy. (France and Switzerland).

Curious about many aspects of music, Benjamin founded several opera companies for children, and an ensemble in France with which he has been touring Europe since 2015.

Installed since 2016 in Quebec, Benjamin plays in various orchestras in Canada and works with passion for the promotion of his instrument and young composers in creation.
