Whenever our clients decide to use string players (violinists, violists and cellists) as their wedding musicians to accompany the ceremony, the cocktail reception or even the celebratory meal, it is often because they want to give a romantic aesthetic to their event. With that in mind, the key element to getting the right ambiance resides in your musical selection. “Classical music” can mean many things to us. Just imagine walking down the aisle to Pachelbel’s Canon in D as you picture yourself in a baroque castle, exchanging wedding rings over some romantic Tchaikovsky or even waltzing à la Bridgerton while the violins are playing your favorite Taylor Swift melody. Our musicians can make all of your Wildest Dreams (pun intended) come true! That’s why it is so important for me to take the time to discuss in depth with each couple the tone they’re aiming to give to their wedding. That way I can truly understand what they like and visualize how to make that vision come to life.
In the preparation of the event, my favorite part is taking the time to meet the couple because I get to discover their personalities through their musical taste!
